Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your natural waist (above the belly button).

Shipping Within Canada

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $8 CAD or Free on orders over $75.00 CAD.
Express Shipping (1– 2 business days): calculated at checkout.

Shipping to the United States

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): flat rate $12 CAD.
Express Shipping (1-3 business days): calculated at checkout.
