Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
International shipping options will be available soon. Stay tuned for updates as we expand worldwide.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Within Canada
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $8 CAD or Free on orders over $75.00 CAD.
- Express Shipping (1– 2 business days): calculated at checkout.
Shipping to the United States
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): flat rate $12 CAD.
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days): calculated at checkout.
Please note that cross-border shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours after dispatch. If you don’t see updates immediately, rest assured your package is on its way.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim for timely delivery, external factors such as weather, postal delays, or customs processes may occasionally affect delivery times.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately, we’ll do our best to assist if your order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier and your order appears to be missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local postal office first. You can always reach out to our support team for further assistance.
International Duties & Taxes
For U.S. orders and future international shipments, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
