30-Day Return Window
You have 7-14 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be refunded.
However, if the size isn't right, we're happy to offer a size exchange subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued and you can select another piece you love.

Damaged or Defective Items
Quality matters to us. Inspect your order upon arrival if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Exchanges
For size or style swaps, return your original item first. Once processed, place a new order for your preferred choice, this ensures the fastest delivery.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll get email confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Allow additional time for your bank to process the credit. If 15+ business days pass without a refund, reach out to us.
Return Shipping Costs
A small shipping fee may apply to domestic returns (waived for damaged/defective items). We'll communicate all costs upfront before finalizing your return.
