We hope you love your Sweetny Wellness pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process smooth and stress-free.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and clear instructions for sending your package back to us.

Damages & Issues

We take pride in the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team will review the issue promptly and make it right.

Exclusions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for your preferred item or size.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at sweetnywellness@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs

For most domestic returns, a small shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless your item arrived damaged or defective. We’ll always communicate this clearly before finalizing your return.
