What We Accept
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unwashed, and unworn items in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
- Return window: Within 14 days of delivery
- Exchange window: Within 21 days of delivery
- Final sale items (e.g., marked-down pieces or promotional items) are non-returnable
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@sweetnywellness.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label (for Canadian orders).
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return to process the refund
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective, or we made a mistake
Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for size or color on eligible items (Canada only)
- If your desired size is unavailable, you may request a store credit or refund

- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items with missing tags or packaging
- Final sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
