Founded in November 2020 by Whitney, a passionate fitness and wellness enthusiast. Sweetny Wellness was started from a blend of persistence, self-confidence, and lived experiences. We create activewear that empowers women to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable.

The Heart of Sweetny Wellness

Growing up in Kenya, I discovered my love for sports early. From my first nervous steps on the handball court to leading my team as captain, I learned that sports were more than games. They were a space for growth. They taught me resilience, discipline and mindfulness.

While studying International Relations in university, my entrepreneurial journey quietly began. I would thrift activewear to stay stylish and comfortable while working out. Friends soon asked where I found my unique pieces, and what started as a personal passion grew into a small community-driven business.

After graduation, I channeled my experience of strength training and passion into creating an accessible, empowering brand for women. Inspired by my parents’ struggles to make ends meet, perseverance and my need for well-fitting, affordable activewear, I envisioned a line that would finally deliver clothes that would make women feel unstoppable without breaking the bank.
