Growing up, my mother couldn't always afford new clothes for six daughters. So she altered secondhand pieces until they fit us perfectly until we felt beautiful in them. I watched her do that my whole childhood, and I never forgot it.
While studying International Relations at university, I started asking a question I couldn't shake: why does activewear that actually looks good cost so much? Why do women on a budget have to choose between feeling confident and paying their bills?
I didn't find a good answer. So I built one.
Sweetny Wellness started as a personal solution and grew into something bigger a community-driven brand for women who want to feel strong, confident, and beautiful without breaking the bank. After graduation, I put everything I had into making this real. Not just a clothing brand an empowering space for women who want to show up for themselves, in the gym and in life. Every piece carries that original intention my mother passed down to me: you deserve to feel good in your body, regardless of your budget.
Fitness has played a deeply personal role in my life. It has helped me immensely, and moving my body has often lifted my mood and brought me a greater sense of joy. The gym became my escape, a place where I could reset, reconnect with myself, and feel fully alive and looking great.
This brand is more than activewear. It is a reminder that every woman deserves to feel strong, supported, and seen. It is for the women who are rising, healing, growing, and showing up for themselves every day. And for every woman who has ever walked into a gym and felt like she didn't quite belong. I made this for you. Activewear should be accessible to everyone.
